Shit I just messed up another roll of film. Can I pay someone to take all of my pictures and give me credit for them?

My little brother is playing in a baseball game right now. Somehow he’s managed to update his relationship status on Facebook from from single to in a relationship. My brother has had more girlfriends this year than I have had in my entire life.

This is my "I'm officially going to Bonnaroo" post
My friend accidentally bought two tickets this morning when the sale re-opened. I had completely forgotten to ask my parents about the entire situation. So I told them about my friend buying an extra ticket and they told me to buy hers. So that is what is happening in my life today.

Everyone seems to be perpetually ready for the summer. What about the piles of leaves in your neighbor’s yard? What about the snow, marooning you in your home with the one you love the most? What about the flowers your grandmother grows? What about the time in between?

I don’t understand how people create ridiculous conspiracies about Paul McCartney dying and being replaced with a doppleganger, but no one doubts the authenticity of Helen Keller

This strange thing happened where I spent three weeks shooting on the Oktomat my friend gave me, and then I paid 7 dollars to get them developed, but then only 7 pictures turned out at all and by that, I mean… you can only tell what’s going on in one of the pictures, where my friend is posing with an ice cream box that has his 6 year old face on it

Today in Words
I actually woke up without pressing the snooze button this morning, had time for a shower, and time for a bowl of cereal. Math class was great, and now I know how I’m going to handle writing the novella/novel I’ve started My drawing class got cancelled because of how fantastic the weather is I finished a roll of film I took with the Oktomat that my friend Heather gave to me and...

The thing that I like about Bonnaroo is that the smallest things seem like a gift from God. Like an overpriced slice of pizza… or a porta potty so clean that you could snuggle up on the floor and take a nap.

Frank Bruni Likes The Fault in Our Stars
fishingboatproceeds: Most of you probably don’t even know who Frank Bruni is (he is a writer for the New York Times), but this is a huge deal to me, because 1. he’s a great writer, and 2. he’s a great eater, which makes him a man after my own heart. It’s strange to me that my book would ever even make its way into his hands, let alone that he would read it and say such nice things. Now I just...

It’s a rarity to look out of a window and find something strange, to find yourself surprised. And when you do, it’s usually just the sun marking the time spent inside of the market or the theatre. I wonder why they make them at all.
